We love our new deck! After meeting with several other deck builders, we decided to go with Bigfoot. We worked with Alex during the sales phase, and he was knowledgable, professional and friendly. He explained the estimation thoroughly and was available for questions while we were deciding. They have a good selection of products and customization, and it's easy to change options on the online tool and see how it affects the overall cost. Once we decided, he introduced us to Maverick, the PM, and we discussed the timeline and different phases of the project. Maverick was great to work with, and very communicative throughout the build. The onsite team was friendly, professional and did a great job of keeping the work area clean. We had the deck replaced and kept the overall footprint, with a small adjustment to the stair footprint. We also had them level out and pour concrete for our shed, which just used to be in gravel, as well as remove some shrubs. Overall, we had a great experience from sales to finished project!

Alex and the team at Sprinklers Inc absolutely knocked it out of the park with our front yard. Last year the team installed a new fence for my yard and it is really well done! They included chicken wire to keep my dogs in. They even removed the planks on my neighborhood installed fence to secure the back as well. Alex was great to work with and even worked with my HOA for approval so I didn’t have to. Going with Bigfoot for our deck was one of the best decisions we’ve made! Taylor and Maverick and their team were amazing. We told them our vision and they designed a deck even better than what we imagined. Their team was extremely professional, kind, and timely. Total Satisfaction.. Maverick, Alex and Taylor have a very good system going on, everything was planned out to detail from arrival of the dumpster to starting the project (Which started about 3 weeks EARLY). As soon as the materials were on site the crew was there SAME DAY getting started. The Crew (Awesome) stayed on site ALL DAY and worked flawlessly as a team. Everyone was synchronized, each person on the team knew what and when the next step of the project needed to be done. Attention to detail was exceptional. The project took TWO days (8+ Hours per day to complete) without lag or need to delay. Ive hired contractors in the past with so much regret and frustration, but this crew was fantastic. In and out,,,, The job was done. I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to re-hire again. Thanks to the crew, the Leads and everyone in between.
